Overall:
Windows Washer is a very good tool to use to clean up your tracks, remove unwanted files - emails, and to help free up hard disk space. This title is probably the most popular of the titles we reviewed, and for good reason. Even though it did not have all the functionality of our top product, this gives you more then enough options for the 'average' PC user.

Features:

The features offered are great for removing all unwanted tracks, history, and files you do not want or need. What we liked the most was the Automatic Scheduling feature where you can set it up to perform tasks you decide on and let it run at a certain time of the day or whever you want (startup or shutdown).

Effectiveness:

This software was very effective in each of the tasks that it performed. From general 'old' file removal to online tracks, to cookies, to instant messging, it removed it all everytime.

Easy of Use:

Yes, this is very easy to use. I even had my Mom try it and she used it with no annoying questions on what to do with it.

Help & Support:

Webroot's support is famous. We liked their online Knowledgebase. One of the best features of their support is a personalized troubleshooting area. Just create an account when you submit a trouble ticket and it's like you get your very own Tech helping you out. The techs are even knowledgeable, bonus.
